About the Role As the Program Manager and senior owner of the UKG Workforce Pro SaaS implementation, you will drive the full lifecycle, from vendor selection and project mobilisation through to deployment, integration, change adoption, and go-live. You will lead a dedicated project team (Business Analyst, Change Manager, implementation partner) and provide the project management structure, methodology, and technical oversight required to deliver this business-critical program. Key Responsibilities Lead the enterprise-wide implementation of UKG Workforce Pro / Kronos Time & Attendance. Oversee program delivery including planning, governance, risk management, reporting, vendor coordination, and budget control. Guide the project from initial vendor selection through to full production rollout. Manage and mentor the project team, ensuring consistency in PM methodology, tools, and delivery standards. Partner closely with technical teams to oversee integrations with payroll, finance, and enterprise systems. Drive stakeholder engagement and lead change management activities across multiple operational sites. Ensure compliance with complex industrial environments including 50 enterprise agreements and 10 awards. Conduct site visits, workshops, and feedback sessions to refine processes and ensure strong adoption. Apply disciplined project management with Agile practices where appropriate. About You (Experience & Skills) Significant experience with UKG Workforce Pro, UKG Workforce Dimensions, and/or Kronos solutions. Proven success delivering large, complex Time & Attendance, rostering, or workforce management implementations in enterprise environments. Demonstrated capability managing multiple vendors on a single program. Strong experience overseeing complex system integrations (finance, payroll, HRIS). Deep understanding of the challenges and nuances of industrial workforce environments. A self-starter mindset with excellent technical acumen and an ability to quickly take ownership of large-scale projects. Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication, and change leadership skills. Availability to work 5 days per week in Brisbane's CBD, with occasional travel to key sites.
