About the role: Juniper is seeking caring and reliable Multiskilled Domestic (MSD) Team Members to join our dedicated team at Chrystal Halliday, our warm and welcoming residential aged care home in Karrinyup. This is a hands-on, people-focused role that involves working across cleaning, laundry, and catering duties to support a safe, comfortable, and homely environment for our residents. Working closely with care and hospitality teams, you will contribute to high standards of hygiene, meal service, and resident wellbeing while upholding dignity and respect at all times. The following permanent part-time domestic shifts are available. Successful candidates will be allocated a set roster from the shifts listed below, based on operational requirements and availability. Week 1 Monday: 3:30pm – 7:30pm Tuesday: 7:30am – 2:00pm Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm Week 2 Tuesday: 7:30am – 2:00pm 8:30am – 3:30pm Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm Important: This is a Multiskilled Domestic role. Successful candidates must be flexible to work across cleaning, laundry, and catering duties. This position is not suitable for applicants seeking single-function roles only. Cleaning Maintain cleanliness of residents’ rooms and shared areas, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising high-touch surfaces Laundry Wash, dry, fold, iron, and return residents’ personal laundry and facility linen Follow infection prevention and safe manual handling procedures Catering Assist with basic food preparation and meal service Set up and clear dining areas in line with food safety standards Support residents’ dietary requirements Key Requirements: Experience in cleaning, laundry, and/or catering (aged care or healthcare preferred) Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and infection control standards (desirable) Food Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working a rotating domestic roster Compassionate and respectful approach to supporting older people Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset What’s on offer: $30.42 per hour 12% superannuation Salary packaging up to $18,550 per annum tax-free Non-profit, values-driven Western Australian aged care provider Access to Juniperks – employee discounts, wellness initiatives, and peer recognition Health insurance discounts How to Apply: Don’t miss this opportunity to join a supportive team in a rewarding role!
