Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience with a strong focus on consultative styling and suiting advice. Support customers in selecting the right fit, style, and tailoring options to ensure confidence in their final look. Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs, maintaining a strong drive for results. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store culture through collaboration, communication, and shared goals. Maintain high visual merchandising standards aligned with the brand's premium aesthetic. Assist with day-to-day store operations, including stock handling, fitting room support, and point-of-sale tasks. What Our Client Is Looking For Previous experience in men's suiting or formalwear is essential. A naturally consultative sales approach with the ability to build rapport and deliver personalised styling solutions. Strong interest in fashion, tailoring, and men's style trends. Proven ability to work toward KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment. A supportive team player who contributes positively to team performance.
