As a member of the Executive Management Team, the Director, Quality will build and shape the Quality function from the ground up. This includes establishing the team, setting strategic direction and embedding the systems, frameworks and controls that will underpin consistent, transparent and effective regulatory outcomes. You will work closely with senior leaders, operational teams and subject matter experts to co-design practical, scalable and sustainable solutions that drive organisational maturity and continuous improvement. To be successful in this position you will have: Relevant tertiary qualification combined with extensive leadership experience in quality management. Professional certifications (e.g. ISO, six sigma, project management) are highly desirable, along with deep expertise in designing, implementing and embedding fit-for-purpose quality systems and frameworks.
