About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and capability-driven Project Support Officer to join an embedded Defence project team. This is a key opportunity to contribute to a major Defence capability program while building a long-term career in project delivery. As part of our consultancy team, you won't be tied to a single project. We actively rotate and develop our people across engagements to broaden experience, deepen capability, and support genuine career progression. Who We're Looking For We're ideally seeking ex-ADF personnel, particularly junior or senior NCOs, who are ready to transition into the project delivery environment. If you have an Electronic Warfare (EW) background and are looking for a pathway into project management or Defence consulting, this role offers the perfect bridge. You'll join as a Consultant, supported by a structured learning and development pathway, with fully funded project management and related training provided. Key Responsibilities Provide project support across scheduling, reporting, documentation, governance and risk management Assist project managers and engineering leads with coordination and delivery tasks Contribute to project planning, stakeholder communication and milestone tracking Support governance processes and Defence documentation requirements Operate as part of an embedded team delivering a major Defence program About You Hold an active NV2 or TSPV security clearance Ex-ADF background preferred, ideally with Electronic Warfare experience Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders Motivated to grow into project delivery and consulting * Team player with a proactive, learning-focused mindset All applications should include your resume as a word document.
