We are looking for a driven Service Sales Specialist to grow our service and maintenance contracts across Sydney and NSW. In this role, you’ll build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure customers receive proactive service solutions that keep their generators performing at their best. Every day will be different — from visiting client sites to presenting tailored service proposals — but your ultimate goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive long-term contract growth. What You’ll Do Grow and manage service contracts for generator systems across NSW Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients Visit sites to assess generator performance and recommend solutions Prepare and present customised service proposals and agreements Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery Report on sales activity, pipeline opportunities, and client engagement What You’ll Bring Trade background in electrical or mechanical fields (or equivalent experience) Knowledge of diesel/gas generators (or a strong willingness to learn quickly) Proven sales or business development experience in a technical/service industry Strong communication and client relationship-building skills Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel across NSW
