Join a Tier 1 Company Full-Time Position UGL, a member of the CIMIC Group, is seeking an experienced Shutdown Logistics Lead to manage all site-based logistics activities for major APLNG shutdown events. This pivotal role ensures safe, efficient, and coordinated delivery of tools, materials, and workforce movements throughout the shutdown lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Planning & Pre-Shutdown: Scope, plan, and establish shutdown crib village and toolstore. Develop event plot plans (traffic routes, laydown areas, allocations). Coordinate mobilisation/demobilisation of contractors and support services. Ensure compliance with HSE and company standards. Execution: Lead all island-based logistics operations during shutdown. Supervise logistics team and field support staff. Facilitate workforce movements and site access. Oversee cleaning, waste services, and temporary equipment operations. Post-Shutdown: Manage demobilisation and site close-out activities. Participate in lessons learned and performance reviews. About You Qualifications & Experience: Shutdown logistics experience in LNG or similar sectors. Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, including 5 years in Oil & Gas leadership roles. Proven ability in contractor coordination and site logistics. Personal Attributes: Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments.
