Senior Planner / Scheduler South West Coast Victoria | 12-Month Contract | Onsite Are you an experienced Planner/Scheduler looking to take on a pivotal role within a major industrial project? We’re supporting a large-scale operation on the South West Coast of Victoria and are seeking a senior-level planning professional to join the project team on a long-term contract basis. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on site environment, enjoys working closely with project controls stakeholders, and has a proven background in developing and maintaining complex project schedules. Relocating? You’ll be supported with 4 weeks of temporary accommodation to help you get settled. About the Role You’ll be responsible for driving the planning function across multiple phases of the project, ensuring that schedules are accurate, up to date, and fully aligned with governance requirements. Your key contributions will include: Creating, maintaining, and refining project schedules across the lifecycle Tracking progress and integrating updates into the master schedule Reviewing resource demands and providing clear forward forecasts Producing planning and performance reports including EV, S-curves and resource profiles Supporting baseline reviews and implementing change control updates Ensuring smooth linkage between cost systems and Primavera Collaborating with project and engineering teams to maintain accurate planning data Assisting with progress analysis, earned value insights, and forecasting trends What You Bring Minimum 8 years’ experience in project planning Background in materials handling and shutdown activities Advanced user of Primavera P6 Confident with MS Office and reporting tools Strong understanding of schedule development, risk considerations, EVMS, and baseline/change control Willing to reside or relocate to the South West Coast Victoria region What’s on Offer Secure 12-month contract with opportunity to extend Monday–Friday, 40-hour week Onsite role within a supportive project controls team Accommodation support for relocators (first 4 weeks) Who are TSS?
