We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Engineering team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the PMO manager. Description About the Role • Agree the project scope, goals & deliverables in collaboration with the sponsor and key stakeholders. • Ensure project execution documentation comply with GME procedures and policies. • Provide leadership, direction, motivation, support and inspiration to the project team. • Create and maintain a project schedule detailing milestones, tasks & resources required for the project. • Prepare project specific budget and costs estimates/forecasts. • Create & execute project work plans, revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver as per the agreed scope, cost, and timeframe. • Ensure adherence to the approved project schedules and budgets. • Manage project level quality, environment, and OH&S obligations. • Minimise exposure to risk during the project through proactive risk & change management. • Serve as the focal point for project issues with all involved parties. • Facilitate clear and effective communication between team members and stakeholders. • Prepare and present progress reports to the PMO, project board and stakeholders. • Remain up to date with the latest and emerging technologies and relevant applications. • Any other duties consistent with the position as required. About You Experience in Product Lifecycle Management / Lifecycle Engineering. Ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Defence Clearance preferred Years of practical industry experience in role Minimum 5 years’ experience in role Experience in team building, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
