Based in Melbourne CBD Opportunity to Grow and Develop Full Time Ongoing Employment UGL’s Fuels and Energy East business is seeking a motivated Planner Scheduler to join our team. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining integrated schedules for the removal of offshore platforms across Bass Strait on behalf of Esso Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project and advance your career in planning and scheduling. Reporting to the Project Controls Lead , you will be responsible for creating and optimising master and platform-specific schedules, supporting readiness gates, and ensuring critical path activities are achieved. You will collaborate closely with delivery teams, subcontractors, and project controls to provide accurate schedule data for reporting and execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain integrated schedules for all platforms, including premobilisation activities and work packs. Monitor progress, analyse burned and earned hours, and support efficient site performance. Identify critical path activities, manage dependencies, and recommend actions to maintain schedule integrity. Collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure accurate integration of planned works. Support project controls with schedule and progress data for internal and external reporting. About You Trade or tertiary qualification with strong planning and scheduling experience. Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling software Strong administration and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Experience in offshore execution methodologies and stakeholder management.
