The Housing Services Team Leader provides team supervision and management and coordinates the delivery of tenancy management services in the Greater Darwin Region in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act and Housing Act and contributes to the planning, development and implementation of value-added services with an emphasis on customer focussed continuous quality improvement.
