In this role, you will: Assist with internal and external briefs via Asana. Process invoices, monitor costs, and update budget pacing. Collate results for weekly/monthly reporting and ad-hoc requests. Support partnerships, activations, and ideation sessions. Keep the marketing calendar updated and aligned. Drive local area marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness. Liaise with centre marketing teams and retail partners. Coordinate wholesale marketing requests and ensure timely delivery. Manage co-op marketing plans, GWPs, POS allocations, and Brand Folder uploads. Execute influencer gifting and maintain influencer database. Brief social and email comms in line with marketing plans. Support shoots and sample management for PR and social send-outs. Assist with social media overflow, content creation, and community engagement. What you’ll bring: Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator. Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. Expertise in Asana and social media platforms. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Degree in Marketing or related field. Global retail experience across US, Asia & Australia (desirable).
