Your responsibilities include: Welcoming patients and managing check-ins/check-outs Phone and appointment management Processing payments and health fund claims Coordinating schedules and supporting daily operations Providing exceptional service in person and over the phone What You’ll Bring Experience in dental or medical reception (dental preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail Confidence using practice software and computer systems A friendly, calm, patient-focused approach Reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Why Join Us?
