Description Quick overview of the role We are currently seeking a Key Account Administrator to join the team in a full-time capacity. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the key accounts team, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service to clients as well as working closely with the Estimating team and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. This position is based at Currumbin. What will you be doing? Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products, services, and information to key clients. Data entry into various systems. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of key account information, including contact details and communication history. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Key Accounts team. Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any issues or escalations raised by key accounts in a timely manner. Monitor and track key account performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to the Residential Manager. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall key account management strategy. Participate in internal meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay updated on company offerings, market trends, and industry developments. Investigating and creating credits requests. Completing tender compliance forms with accuracy to a high standard. Skills And Experiences What are we looking for in the successful candidate? Proven experience in a key account management or administrative support role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong customer service skills and a can-do attitude. Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments. Passionate with an eye for detail and procedural support. Professional with the flexibility to support. Relevant system experience advantageous. Construction industry knowledge preferred.
