You don’t need prior optical experience - we’ll teach you everything you need to know. You’ll be: Greeting patients and creating a welcoming practice experience Assisting with frame selections and general retail sales Handling appointments, enquiries, and day-to-day admin Learning the basics of prescriptions, measurements, and optical processes Supporting the team wherever needed What We’re Looking For Outstanding attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn Comfortable using computers and picking up new systems Social media knowledge is a bonus (not essential) Availability You’ll need to be available on: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday Approximately 22–26 hours per week If you’re looking for a role where you can grow your skills, make a real difference to patient experiences, and work with a supportive team that believes in doing things properly - we’d love to hear from you.
