This role is based in Revesby and involves managing key accounts within the FMCG industry and driving sales growth within the region. Description The Account Manager is responsible for: Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Prepare and present proposals and quotations to potential and existing clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance. Profile A successful Account Manager should have: Proven experience in account management or sales within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. A proactive and results-driven mindset. Valid driver's licence. Job Offer On offer for the successful Account Manager: Competitive salary base between $110,000 - $120,000 AUD super.
