The Role We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate occupational therapist who: • Wants to work in a truly collaborative multidisciplinary team • Values ethical practice and sustainable caseloads • Wants to shape their caseload around their interests (paeds, teens, adults) • Wants to grow and feel supported What You’ll Be Doing • Conducting assessments and developing individualised treatment plans • Providing individual and/or group therapy • Collaborating with speech pathologists, counsellors, AHAs, and a supportive team • Educating and guiding families, caregivers, and teachers • Maintaining clear and accurate documentation • Staying current with best practice and constantly developing your skills What You’ll Need • Bachelors or Masters of Occupational Therapy • Current AHPRA registration • QLD Driver’s License • QLD Blue Card What Makes Us Different We openly acknowledge that this job can be emotionally and energetically demanding.
