The Opportunity The Works Supervisor is responsible for providing a range of services to ensure the sustainability of community and council infrastructure aimed at enhancing the liveability and environment of our growing region. This role encompasses a range of duties and responsibilities which may vary as directed by Council. The key ones include: (1) Managing and supervising construction and maintenance projects with a commitment to council’s key values and performance culture to ensuring the efficient delivery of the works programs. (2) Delivering allocated projects within agreed timeframes and budget. (3) Establishing project outcomes, prioritising tasks and monitoring progress. About Yourself A person in this position will need to hold a relevant Certificate IV in Civil Construction or in a related field, OR be able to demonstrate equivalent related experience.
