If you are a dedicated aged care professional with strong leadership capability and a passion for delivering person-centred care, we’d love to hear from you. In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our 130 bed, single level home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for our residents. With a full master roster, and a team committed to excellence, you will be supported to focus on operational and clinical leadership, quality improvement and community engagement. You'll foster a culture of warmth, respect, and excellence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services across clinical, administrative, hospitality, maintenance, and lifestyle functions. You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including 3 Care Managers, a Workplace Educator, Administration Manager, Coordinators for Lifestyle, Pastoral Care, Maintenance and Housekeeping, and a committed team of nurses and carers. In addition, you'll have access to a Regional Manager and centralised support from HR, Recruitment, Workforce Rostering and Operational teams.
