The Role As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running a smooth, well-organised section of the kitchen. You'll be supported by the senior chefs to maintain consistently high culinary standards and deliver quality dishes every service. You'll manage your assigned section confidently, contribute to seamless service flow, and support junior chefs with day-to-day tasks - keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and operating at its best. Your daily responsibilities will also include stock ordering, receiving goods, and ensuring everything is accounted for and maintained to standard.
