About the Role: Planit is seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in functional testing, Telco, and data-driven reporting. You’ll be joining our consulting team and leading testing streams across large, complex programs. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing across functional streams Develop test strategies, plans and quality processes Oversee test case design, execution, defect triage and reporting Drive Power BI–based test reporting and insights Maintain tight traceability and quality coverage across SDLC Collaborate with SMEs, delivery leads, BA teams and developers Foster continuous improvement across the QE function Essential Skills and Experience: 3 years Telco industry experience (large enterprise or multi-stream programs) Strong Functional Testing / Quality Engineering experience Solid Power BI experience – reporting, dashboards, test insights, data validation Strong data analysis capability and understanding of data flows/integrity Proven experience leading SIT, UAT and Regression phases Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and structured reporting Culture and Benefits: We believe in fostering a culture where our people are rewarded for the work they do and looked after from their first day at Planit!
