About the role As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play an important role in delivering safe, high-quality pharmacy services across our health service. You will work collaboratively with senior pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams while contributing to patient safety, clinical governance, and culturally responsive care. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based clinical pharmacy services, including medication history, review, counselling and discharge planning. Rotate through dispensary and clinical areas while supporting quality improvement and professional standards. Maintain accurate records, contribute to policy development and support departmental operations. Train, supervise and mentor students and pharmacy support staff under senior pharmacist guidance. Promote culturally safe, person-centred care that aligns with NWHHS values and governance frameworks. Requirements Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences. Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks. This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, Hep B and Tubersulosis. A period of probation may apply.
