The Corporate Strategy and Performance Division will be home to all AIHW corporate services. The Finance and Commercial Services Unit (FCSU) will be part of this new division, responsible for delivering financial and procurement services. The FCSU is looking for Procurement Advisor to fill a newly created position. Reporting to the FCSU Unit Head, the role will perform the procurement advisory role at the AIHW. The role will provide expert advice and support for procurement activities across the AIHW, ensuring compliance with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and internal policies. Under general direction you will: Provide expert and timely advice on procurement processes and compliance with the Commonwealth Procurement Framework and the AIHW procurement framework Review procurement documentation for compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Framework and the AIHW procurement framework Support business areas in conducting procurement activities, including use of AusTender and Dynamic Sourcing for Panels (DS4P) Prepare statutory and annual reporting obligations, including Senate Order, IPP, and AusTender reporting Maintain and update procurement resources including procurement policy, procedures, templates and guidance materials Provide procurement training as needed Maintain a central record of procurement documentation Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes, systems, and capability development across the AIHW Assist the FCSU as required
