Take ownership of all end to end CRM & Loyalty activity for a portfolio of some of Australia's most iconic brands, trading around the world, with a hugely loyal customer database. The Role: End to end management of all CRM & Loyalty activity, across data analysis, customer journey planning, Email, SMS & Web campaigns, and the over arching customer lifecycle, to drive customer engagement & retention. You will have a deep data-driven focus, developing out and executing targeted initiatives, strengthen customer Loyalty, working alongside the rest of the high-performing Digital & eCommerce team and across all global markets.
