This is a fast-paced and dynamic role, where you'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help their businesses grow and succeed. Key responsibilities Proactively manage a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for our clients Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers, understanding their unique challenges and requirements Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our range of products and services Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements Provide regular updates and reporting to customers on their account status and performance Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, operations and support, to ensure seamless delivery of services Actively participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase our capabilities Assist in developing and implementing account management strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention What we're looking for Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar sales-focused role, preferably within the Sales industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer situations Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of accounts Proficient in using various customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software If this role sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
