You will run the structural phase and support the delivery team from early works through to finishes. The role is hands-on and suited to someone who understands sequencing, trades, basements and program pressure. You'll take full responsibility for the site during structures, manage crane operations and deliveries, coordinate subcontractors and labour, maintain safety standards, and work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to keep the program on track. Weekly and monthly reviews form part of the delivery rhythm. The right person will have a trade background, carpentry is ideal land experience as a Foreman or Structures Foreman on mid-rise or high-rise projects. You'll bring strong structural knowledge, confidence in managing finishes, clear communication and the ability to keep people organised and accountable.
