About the Role: We are looking for an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant to support Australian Defence Force personnel as they recover from injury, illness, or trauma, in Australia's most well-known and highly regarded Army Base's in Seymour, Victoria. In this role, you will apply your clinical knowledge to help Defence members regain function and return to duty, guiding them through every step of their rehabilitation plan. You'll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including the member, treating specialists, allied health providers, and internal teams, ensuring a coordinated and supportive rehabilitation process. Key responsibilities include: Completing initial assessments and workplace reviews Developing tailored return-to-wellness plans Providing case management and tracking progress Communicating with multiple health professionals and Defence contacts to support shared goals This role allows you to step out of traditional nursing or allied health shift work and into a position where you can see clear, meaningful outcomes from your work.
