The company A long-established power-generation solutions provider operating across Australia and PNG. They supply engineered power products and turnkey solutions to industries including renewables, mining, agriculture, critical infrastructure, hospitals, and government. The position You will lead business development activities across NSW & ACT, driving solution-based sales of power-generation products into diverse sectors. Reporting to the National Sales Lead, you’ll manage key stakeholder relationships, build new markets, and deliver tailored energy solutions. Duties include: Identify and secure new business opportunities across varied industries. Deliver consultative, solution-focused sales for power-generation systems. Manage end-to-end sales cycles. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting within Salesforce. Skills & experience required: Experience in an electrical or technical solution-sales environment. Strong knowledge of power-generation products and applications. Proven ability to build territory plans and execute strategic sales activity. Experience using Salesforce is advantageous. Benefits: Annual base salary plus super.
