As a Reporter, you’ll work in a collaborative environment to create compelling content across multiple platforms, engaging both local and national audiences. This full-time ongoing role offers the chance to make a positive impact by telling stories that matter to diverse communities. The Job Produce news bulletins, interviews, Q&As, and packages across all platforms, including breaking stories. Contribute to planning and commissioning processes to develop new content ideas. Engage with local communities to source and tell authentic stories. Support emergency coverage plans and collaborate with colleagues to share content across ABC platforms. Position Description: 50041637 - REPORTER - BUNBURY.pdf About You: You’re a creative and skilled journalist with strong editorial judgment and a passion for telling authentic stories that reflect Australia’s diversity. You'll have: Relevant reporter experience. Strong editorial skills with the ability to source and analyse information and exercise sound judgment. Demonstrated creativity in content construction and delivery, including live presentation and broadcast. Skills in videography, photography, and radio are highly advantageous.
