Trainer Assessor/Plant Operator Roster: Initial 3-month causal duration with opportunity to move to permanent direct with the client | Working initial 3-days a week with potential to expand Location: Kemps Creek & Lucas Heights sites Duties & Responsibilities: Proficient in operating all types of machinery, specifically Dozers and Dump Trucks. When the training workload is low, you will operate machinery alongside other operators Maintain a professional image and deliver high-quality customer service Work safely and comply with all site rules at all times Report safety incidents and hazards promptly Take ownership of work quality, including site haul roads and drainage Operate vehicles and equipment in line with training, instructions, and operating procedures Skills and Experience: Current Driver’s Licence (Essential) Trainer Assessor Ticket (Essential) Experience and qualifications in operating a variety of mobile plant and equipment, ideally within the civil construction industry Knowledge of road construction, drainage construction and maintenance, and a passion for teaching these skills to younger employees Waste industry experience is advantageous, but civil construction experience is highly desirable About the company Category 5 Labour Management is an Australian owned success story, a leading provider of full-service labour management solutions, supporting the local communities in which we operate and the people within them.
