They are currently seeking Experienced MC Drivers to join their team. The company manages all aspects of transporting live birds from growing farms to processing plants, including the movement of birds, feed and grain to sites within the local area. Locations: Hanwood, NSW 2680 Job Type: Fulltime Commencement Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Working Hours: Day Shift - Weekend work and overtime opportunities available Position Overview: Positions are available within both the Bulk Feed and Live Bird Transport divisions. This role involves the safe and efficient transport of live poultry and feed between farms and processing facilities, ensuring animal welfare and compliance with company and industry standards. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Transport live poultry and bulk feed between farms and processing sites Safely operate MC vehicles in accordance with road transport regulations and company policies Complete all required documentation, including logbooks or electronic work diaries (EWD) Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and presentation Conduct pre-start checks and report any vehicle maintenance issues Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and animal welfare requirements Communicate effectively with dispatchers, farm staff, and processing personnel Requirements: Current MC Licence Understanding of BFM (Basic Fatigue Management) Experience with logbooks or EWD Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Clean driving history (able to provide a driving record) Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing and pre-employment medical Recent Fitness to Drive Medical and Fatigue Management Certificate, or willingness to obtain How to Apply: If you meet the above criteria and are interested in this opportunity, please choose one of the following options: In Person: Visit Workfront Griffith at 86 Yambil Street with your resume Online: Apply via the provided link and attach your resume Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
