Job Description As a leader in the Cloud Hardware support organization, you will be responsible for leading teams of Datacenter Technicians and/or Field Engineers assigned for delivery of on-site support, installations, proactive services in a defined territory and/or data center sites across Sydney. Focuses to meet the required service levels 24x7, improve and drive customer satisfaction, identify business opportunities and mitigate any operation gaps. The role involves significant communication at all levels internally and externally. A primary point of contact responsible for facilitating and providing advice and assistance on diverse situations and escalated issues. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Oversee 24/7 data centre operations and new regional deployments Develop, coach, and scale high-performing, diverse technical teams Collaborate globally to achieve consistency and deliver project milestones Foster continual improvement, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency Manage vendors and ensure local regulatory compliance Drive recruitment, talent development, and team progression Occasional travel required About You: Proven leader of large, diverse teams in mission-critical IT environments with extensive data centre exposure in hyperscale environments Strong technical and business acumen across infrastructure, DC operations and growth mindset Skilled communicator, able to influence across functions and senior management Experience with hiring, mentoring, and developing managers and staff Adaptable and resilient, thriving in complex, fast-paced environments Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
