We are growing and now need a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Cairns team. This role will suit an EN who can stay organised, think critically and manage a busy environment with confidence. What You Will Do Work onsite as the Access Aged Care Nurse in partnership with RACF teams Facilitate GP rounds both in person and support specialists via telehealth to ensure timely continuity of care Prepare, organise and triage referrals to support efficient clinical decision making Complete bedside assessments and clinical reviews Act as a communication link between RACFs, GPs and families Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism Build trusted relationships with residents, families and facility partners Use your clinical knowledge and confidence with technology to support quality outcomes Why Access Telehealth Our workplace offers: An innovative and expanding organisation that is leading the future of Aged Care. What You Will Bring Diploma of Nursing with AHPRA registration 2 years experience as an EN post graduation Aged Care or Agency experience is highly desirable Strong organisation, problem solving and communication skills Confident use of technology and accurate clinical documentation A drivers licence and reliable vehicle Ready to Apply?
