With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast becoming the place to be.   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Administrative Assistant to join the Post Acute Care team at Northern Health.  Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.  About the Role: An exciting opportunity exists for an Administrative Assistant to join the Post-Acute Care team based at Bundoora Centre at Northern Health. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Post-Acute Care (PAC) Coordinators and program, ensuring the smooth delivery of short-term services to clients discharged from public health facilities. The position involves data entry and collection, communication with clients, service providers and staff, processing orders and invoices for purchased services and general office duties.   To be successful in this role you will have: Well-developed customer service and interpersonal skills Experience and good working knowledge of ICT systems and preferably health patient management systems.
