In This Role, You’ll Be responsible for cleaning of the Sub-Acute Unit on a daily basis Assist nursing staff with patient care and comfort Provide security support and help manage aggressive or high-risk situations Escort and transport patients throughout the hospital Maintain safety and cleanliness in line with hospital standards Be a key part of our Code Black response team About You You’re calm under pressure, clear-headed, and not afraid to step into challenging situations with confidence and care. Your security licence isn’t just for show - you know how to de-escalate tension, communicate effectively, and back your team up in critical moments.
