Description Reporting into the AR Team Lead, your responsibilities will include: Manage and review daily settlement activities across multiple channels and regions. Prepare reports and documentation for relevant partners. Respond to queries from internal teams and external parties regarding settlement matters. Perform regular reconciliations and maintain accurate records. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Handle customer-related adjustments and refunds. Provide support to other teams with settlement information as needed. Monitor communication channels and ensure timely responses. Assist with audits and compliance requirements. Carry out additional tasks as required. Profile A successful Accounts Receivable professional should have: 2 years of AR experience in a similar role Retail industry experience a bonus! Experience with a Tier 1 ERP software Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
