Learn more about us and what we do at awaresuper.com.au Your New Role Join our Enterprise Practice and Regulatory Affairs & Compliance teams to manage enterprise compliance obligations, breach reporting, and oversight activities. You'll ensure accurate regulatory reporting, effective monitoring, and support the governance of compliance frameworks through detailed record-keeping and stakeholder engagement. In addition you will: Lead monitoring and oversight activities related to the Breach Policy and associated standards; Maintain the library of reportable situation provisions and oversee records of compliance assessments and regulator notifications; Act as Breach Management Committee Secretariat: distribute materials, take minutes, manage invitations, and submit breach reports to regulators; Manage the obligations register, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and act as the primary liaison for compliance audits; Provide compliance advice and guidance as a subject matter expert; Prepare reports for Board and Committees; Support the embedding of a 3 Lines of Accountability risk and compliance management model; and Ensure understanding and management of regulatory obligations and control environments. The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple; Tertiary qualification preferred in Law, Business, Risk, or related discipline; Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance within financial services, with exposure to superannuation and investments; Detailed knowledge of compliance, legislative & regulatory requirements; Experience in breach management and regulatory reporting; Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; Collaboration, adaptability, resilience, and a continuous improvement mindset; You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
