Knowledge of OEM standards, regulatory compliance, and safety requirements (preferred). Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a national technical training strategy aligned with business goals. Oversee the design and delivery of technical training, compliance programs, and skills development initiatives. Manage training capacity planning, performance metrics, and reporting. Lead and coach a high-performing training team. Drive innovation in training delivery, including digital learning solutions and LMS integration. Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of VET systems, training frameworks, and competency-based training. Proven leadership and strategic planning experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning technologies. Understanding of regulatory compliance, OEM standards, and safety training (preferred). Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent). Relevant technical trade qualification or equivalent experience. Current driver’s licence with ability to travel across ANZ.
