The role Knight Frank is currently seeking a client-side Senior Project Manager with a clear pathway to grow into an Associate Director role within a few years to join our Sydney team. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of projects across education, residential, commercial, retail, and industrial sectors for leading clients. As part of our Project Management division, you will operate in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, engaging with various business units across Knight Frank Australia to deliver integrated, high-quality outcomes for our Institutional, Government and Corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end project management services across multiple sectors Procure and manage project teams including design consultants, certifiers, and contractors, and oversee design management Develop and manage budgets, cost control, and reporting, ensuring compliance with WHS and legislative requirements. Lead tender processes, contract administration, and risk management across concurrent projects. Drive client engagement and business development, leveraging networks and collaborating with state and national business leaders to identify growth opportunities. Ensure accurate project documentation, invoicing, and financial forecasting in line with Knight Frank standards.
