Job Summary: Join our team at HUB24 as an Investment Administrator (Transitions & Tax Tranching), where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting complex asset As an Investment Administrator, you’ll be a key member of the Investment Admin team, responsible for overseeing product configuration, asset migration, and tax tranching activities. You’ll coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders, manage migration planning and reconciliation, and support audit and compliance processes. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of investment transitions and tax operations. Responsibilities: Operational oversight of product configuration and asset migration streams External stakeholder engagement and meeting coordination Assessment of investment asset availability and migration planning (including in-specie test instructions) Accurate completion of pre- and post-migration reconciliation activities Timely recordkeeping of all migration-related documents Assist with audit enquiries relating to asset migrations Oversight of weekly tax checks and risk controls Processing managed funds tax components and coordinating statement reissues Supporting process development, testing, and implementation for future state planning Data collection and analysis to facilitate complex project work in Microsoft Excel Corporate actions reviews, asset & cash reconciliation, and settlements Liaising with advisers and clients, ensuring timely delivery of migration objectives Preparation of periodic settlement reports Compliance with all HUB24 instructions, procedures, and processes Requirements: 3–5 years’ experience in Financial Services Strong data analysis skills; advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency highly desired Experience in external stakeholder engagement and project coordination Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of asset migration activities, including in-specie and cash settlement functions Understanding of Australian tax, CGT parcel allocations, and securities/managed funds (highly desirable) Ability to organise workflows, record meeting minutes/action items, and meet deadlines Commitment to high standards of client service and commercial priorities Flexible, agile, and improvement-focused mindset Calm and considered approach under pressure The Recruitment Process Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.
