Job Description Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative operations of the practice. Act as a liaison between patients and clinical staff to address patient inquiries and concerns. Oversee patient billing and insurance processing, ensuring compliance with payer requirements. Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and handle patient complaints or issues. Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance. This is a fast-paced Full-time role where no two days are the same. Therefore, we require an experienced admin/receptionist, ideally with experience working within the healthcare industry.
