You’ll guide clients through full-cycle implementations—from discovery and design to go-live and adoption—delivering measurable outcomes across estimating, job cost accounting, scheduling, and field operations. What you’ll do Advise clients using deep product and homebuilding best-practice expertise to solve real business issues. Lead workshops to capture requirements; translate them into functional designs and configurations. Configure, test, and implement solutions; own UAT, training, and go-live readiness. Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, and client stakeholders across delivery. Triage and resolve implementation/integration obstacles with creative, scalable approaches. Analyse legacy processes and data; recommend enhancements and change impacts. Produce clear documentation (BRDs, FDDs, test scripts) with strong operability/auditability. Coordinate with product vendors when needed and manage delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. What you’ll bring Proven success as a D365 Functional Consultant with end-to-end ERP delivery ownership. Expertise in Job Cost Accounting , especially in project-driven/field-based industries. Strong homebuilding industry background (ideally 5 years) or adjacent experience (estimating, project costing). Commercial fluency and stakeholder credibility—from C-suite to front-line users; excellent communication in English.
