Residential Aged Care positions across Perth Metro Starting rate $47-$53 per hour (depending on experience) super salary packaging Permanent full-time and part-time roles available Work within Not-for-Profit organisations committed to resident wellbeing and quality care Supportive MDT environment with excellent clinical development pathways Stable, meaningful work that allows you to make a real difference The Roles: Conduct comprehensive physical, mobility, and functional assessments Develop and implement tailored treatment, rehabilitation, and pain-management plans Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions Provide mobility training, balance programs, and reablement therapies Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, nurses, and care staff Contribute to falls-prevention programs, manual handling reviews, and mobility strategies Maintain accurate clinical notes in line with professional standards Support residents to maintain independence, safety, and optimal physical wellbeing The successful candidate will have: Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist 1-4 years' experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting (newer clinicians also encouraged) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to changing priorities A compassionate, resident-focused approach COVID & Flu vaccinations Apply Now - Immediate interviews so don't wait!
