Design experiences that integrate financial and property data into simple, human-centred journeys . Shape end-to-end journeys , from discovery to ownership, balancing simplicity, trust, and compliance. Lead research and discovery : interviews, testing, and turning insights into actionable artefacts. Design information architecture, micro-interactions, and polished UI , stress-testing for accessibility and edge cases. Champion customer outcomes in prioritisation, ensuring design decisions balance business goals with user needs . Contribute to and maintain our mobile design system , collaborating with engineers to ensure quality and performance. Leverage AI tools for ideation, prototyping, research synthesis, and personalization, ensuring ethical and compliant use. Work in cross-functional agile squads , communicating design rationale, facilitating workshops, and iterating based on data.
