What makes us different is how we work. We put people first, we listen deeply, and we make sure our services and decisions are culturally safe and respectful. We partner with community rather than doing things to or for them. Our approach is built on trust, collaboration and doing what’s right, even when it’s hard. Nintirri lives by four simple but powerful values: Respect, Belonging, Honesty and Connection. These guide how we show up, how we treat each other and how we work with the community. We are also a workplace that values flexibility, trust and shared purpose.
