About the Role In this role, you will be a part of a dedicated team supporting clients with complex health needs to live safe, independent and fulfilling lives. Every day brings variety and purpose as you provide essential care and assistance tailored to our clients. Deliver advanced care including tracheostomy management, PEG Feeding and supporting non-verbal communication. Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming and dental hygiene. Support toileting, bladder and bowel care, including catheter changes and bowel therapy. Help with mobility and transfers, often using hoists, slide boards and slide sheets. Monitor health conditions, check pressure areas and assist with medications. About you: You have a positive and professional attitude and have an empathetic nature. Experience in Nursing, Aged Care or Disability Support is desirable (however not essential). You are reliable and able to commit to work to an agreed roster of shifts You are physically fit - capable of constant lifting, bending, and carrying. You treat others with dignity, respect and are without judgement. You are an excellent listener who can communicate authentically and honestly and are able to work independently.
