The Finance Manager will be responsible for: Oversee day-to-day finance operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts Provide strategic financial advice to senior management Mentor and develop the finance team to achieve excellence Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives Liaise with auditors and manage audit processes Contribute to business planning and decision-making The successful applicant will be: CA or CPA qualified 5 years of experience in finance roles, ideally with leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills and comfortable with cloud accounting & BI tools Manufacturing industry experience highly regarded Audit or public practice background advantageous for transition into industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
