We're after a Contract Administrator for a major road project in Regional NSW. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience across the full lifecycle of complex, high-value public infrastructure projects for government. Disaster recovery project experience will be highly regarded. Contract duration is up to 4 years, relocation assistance provided if required. Key Responsibilities: Tender preparation, bid evaluation, risk analysis, and contract negotiations Maintain the integrity of contract information and coordinate the contract administration process Provide expert advice on contractual conditions, budget and cost control Prepare and submit all commercial notices and claims in a timely manner Assist contract managers in preparing all monthly cost reports and project reports.
