The position requirements include but are not limited to: Performing electrical maintenance and repairs across building services and hospital infrastructure, including preventive, reactive, and project-based work. Monitoring and maintaining electrical systems, ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and operational standards. Responding promptly to faults and alarms to minimise downtime and maintain a safe environment. Coordinating and prioritising work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. Ensuring strict adherence to hospital policies, WHS procedures, and regulatory requirements. To be considered for this role you should ideally possess: A Grade Electrical Licence ( essential ) Proven experience in building services and maintenance, ideally within a hospital, healthcare, or other critical facility environment ( desirable ) Previous experience in electrical fault-finding, repairs, and maintenance across large-scale facilities Strong hands-on problem-solving ability and practical knowledge of electrical systems Excellent communication skills, with a positive, proactive, and safety-focused attitude On Offer: Rotating day / night shift roster ( 2x 12 hour days followed by 2x 12 hour nights then 4 days off ) Competitive salary up to $150K depending on experience Super We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
