The role: This is a full time, onsite position based in Scoresby Monday to Friday. Hours are either 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional later finishes to support events. The position starts immediately 6 months with a very strong chance of permanency. What you’ll be doing Managing reception and front desk operations Greeting visitors and assisting with contractor check in and inductions Coordinating couriers and deliveries Meeting room set up, resets and general workplace presentation Administrative support across the workplace experience function Kitchen and supplies top ups, ensuring all shared spaces are tidy and welcoming Supporting events where required Being a trusted point of contact for employees onsite What we’re looking for Previous experience in reception, corporate concierge, facilities or workplace support Strong communication and people skills with a polished, professional presentation Comfortable juggling competing priorities and staying calm under pressure Confident with admin tasks and general systems Reliable, proactive and customer focused Ability to commit to full time onsite work National Police Check will be required Why you’ll love this role Work within a premium onsite environment Parking available onsite Smart casual dress code High likelihood of this role converting to permanent for the right person If your immediately available please apply now! interviews will be held this week!
